Delivery Information

ESP Models Shipping and Returns
Many Educational and Scientific Products (ESP) products are hand made to order, therefore we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 21-28 days of purchase, if due to unforeseen circumstances this is not possible an e-mail will be sent to you by one of our customer service team.

VAT
Please note all products prices shown on our site EXCLUDE UK VAT. This is because the majority of our sales are Business to Business. If you are located within the UK or EEC and not VAT registered then the charge will be added at checkout.

Debit or Credit Card
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Carriage and packing charges:

These charges covers delivery of an order in one consignment. For part delivery please contact us for a quotation.

*Costs quoted are for up to 30kg and 76x54x52cm boxes. Items larger or heavier than this are charged at cost.


Overseas Orders
For some overseas orders carriage and packing charge price cannot currently be given at the time of ordering. It will be charged at cost, and will be worked out by our staff specifically for your goods and country. Please contact us with your order to continue. We can e-mail or call you with the cost of shipping.

Overseas deliveries are a big part of our business and we regularly ship our anatomical models to many Worldwide destinations; including zones in the Middle East and Africa where Certificates and Consular work may be required. Therefore we are very experienced in export packaging, customs and shipping documentation. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.

Returns
If you wish to return any goods you must obtain prior authorization to do so from our Sales Department, quoting your Account Number and Purchase Order Number.
Any returned goods must be sent prepaid at your own risk; any return that is not prepaid will be refused.
Notification of any damaged goods must be received within 3 days of receipt of the goods
