Returns, Repairs and Spares


If you wish to return any goods you must obtain prior authorization to do so from our Sales Department, quoting your Account Number and Purchase Order Number. Any returned goods must be sent prepaid at your own risk; any return that is not prepaid will be refused. Notification of any damaged goods must be received within 3 days of receipt of the goods

Repairs and Spares

Repairs and supply of replacement parts for your damaged or worn items may save you money. Our production facilities are able to undertake most repairs. We hold spares of the most common parts, including those for items not originally manufactured here. Parts we do not hold can usually be obtained.
